What does the warranty cover?
Parts and labor on hardware – mechanical or electronic – related failures. Software-related problems such as problems in Windows or associated software are not covered by the hardware warranty.
Where is the warranty valid?
The warranty is valid regardless of where in the world the product is located when the failure is discovered. However, warranty repair and replacement can only be done in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark (excluding Greenland and the Faroe Islands).
How to use the warranty
You go to https://www.affinordic.com/en/skader and register your computer via serial number. You will receive a response within 24 hours (on business days), and a skilled technician will come directly to your location to repair your refurbished computer – making the process smooth, efficient and hassle-free. If the device cannot be repaired, an identical or better alternative will be provided.
The warranty extension must be purchased together with or at the latest within 5 days of the device being sold. The serial number from the device must be added to the invoice together with the warranty.
What does the warranty not cover?
Missing or non-functional Windows license key, missing or defective adapter, battery failure (under first 6 months), or incorrect grading.
