Manufacturer’s collect & return service: A new product is sent by mail, and the defective unit is collected by courier
As standard we offer swap = we send out a replacement unit (based on the serial number of the defect monitor, we’ll send an ‘over average standard’ monitor). After end user/installer has received this they just need to swap the units and book UPS to pick up the defect monitor
